1.2 If we have to contact you, we will do so by writing to you at the email address you provided to us in your order. All written communication with you is done via email.
2 Our contract with you
2.1 A contract will come into existence between you and us once we email you to confirm acceptance of your order.
2.2 If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for the product. This might be due to any of several reasons – the product is out of stock, unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, we have identified an error in the price or description of the product, or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.
2.3 We will assign an order number to your order and notify you of it when we accept your order. Please notify us of your order number whenever you contact us about your order.
2.4 The website is solely for the promotion of products in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and England. Unfortunately, we do not accept orders from or deliver to addresses outside of these countries.
3 Description and availability of product

No specified update or refresh date applied in the website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the website has been modified or updated.
4 Your rights to make changes

If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.
5 Delivery Information
5.1 Orders from the website can only be delivered to French, German, Italian, Spanish, and English addresses and that in placing an order the customer confirms that s/he is purchasing the product.
5.2 We deliver to England, Italy, Spain, & Germany via DHL. We deliver to France via GLS & Chronopost. All prices and delivery times will be clearly stated on the website at checkout.
5.3 If supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
5.4 The product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us.
5.5 You own a product once we have received payment in full.
6 Your rights to terminate the contract
Your rights when you end the contract will depend on what you have bought, whether there is anything wrong with it, how we are performing and when you decide to end the contract:
6.1 If what you have bought is faulty or misdescribed you may have a legal right to end the contract (or to get the product repaired or replaced or to get some or all of your money back), see clause 8;
6.2 If you want to end the contract because of something we have done or have told you we are going to do, see clause 6.4 to 6.8.
6.3 If you have just changed your mind about the product, see clause 6.9 to 6.10. You may be able to get a refund if you are within the cooling-off period (that is 14 days from the date of your receipt of the ordered product), but this may be subject to deductions and you will have to pay the costs of return of any goods.
If you are ending a contract for a reason set out at 6.4 to 6.8 below the contract will end immediately and we will refund you in full for any products which have not been provided and you may also be entitled to compensation. The reasons are:

6.6 There is a risk that supply of the products may be significantly delayed because of events outside our control;
6.7 We have suspended supply of the products for technical reasons, or notify you we are going to suspend them for technical reasons, in each case for a period of more than 30 days; or
6.8 You have a legal right to end the contract because of something we have done wrong.
6.9 For products bought online from this website you have a legal right under the Distance Selling Laws to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. To qualify for the refund, you must send off the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to cancel the contract. 6.10 You have 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods, unless your goods are split into several deliveries over different days. In this case you have until 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the last delivery to change your mind about the goods.
7 Product warranty
Most products come with a warranty which is in addition to your legal rights. From the time of delivery, the warranty covers faulty workmanship and/or materials when the product is used in normal, domestic conditions and in accordance with the care and use instructions provided. We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with this contract. You are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations, which entitles you to request a return of your order within 14 days, and then a further 14 days to return the order.
9 Returns & Refunds
9.1 Should you wish to return anything bought from us online, please contact us through the contact form https://www.maho-nabe.com/contact/ When you contact us, we will establish the reason for the return and provide returns address information as well as a returns note.
9.2 Ensure you return your items unused and undamaged with any labels still attached in their original packaging. The original despatch note or the return note needs to be included. If we find that the products have not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
9.3 Please note we are not responsible for return postage or other delivery costs except in the case of us supplying you incorrect or faulty items. Neither can we accept responsibility for packages that never reach us, so we advise you to use a traceable and insured service to return your product to us.
9.4 Upon receipt of your returned goods we will make a refund to the card or PayPal account used to place the original order. We will process your return as quickly as possible. However, during very busy periods, please allow little more time for processing of your return.
9.5 Unfortunately, we can neither process exchanges for products bought online at this time nor can we accept refunds or exchanges of goods bought online in retail stores.
10 Price and Payment
10.1 All prices displayed on the Web Site will be in Euros and be inclusive of Taxes at the prevailing rate, but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. The applicable delivery costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
10.2 It is possible that some of the products listed on the site may be incorrectly priced, despite our best efforts. If we discover there is a pricing error we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancel the order, or reject your order and notify you of the rejection.
10.3 Prices are subject to change without notice, hence any subsequent purchases of the same product cannot be guaranteed at the same price.
10.4 Air de Malice operates a standard product pricing policy in Europe, meaning that customers are charged the same prices irrespective of where they live. We believe that price integrity within any currency zone is important. Therefore, no tax refunds will be granted for orders placed and shipped outside the EU.
10.5 When purchasing goods online a valid payment method must be used at the time. We accept payment with the following credit or debit cards: Visa credit and debit cards, MasterCard credit and debit cards, Carte Bancaire. By submitting an order to us through the site, you are confirming that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. All transactions will be in Euros.
10.6 We also accept payment via PayPal, but please note that if you wish to pay for your products using PayPal, and you do not already have an existing PayPal account, you will be required to set up a new account with PayPal directly. Any order placed using PayPal will be charged at the time your order is submitted. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, this charge will be credited back to your PayPal account.
